PROJECT BOREAL | LAUNCH PLAN v0.1 | 8 November 2026
Working brand; no name/ticker clearance. All copy below is a draft.

POSITIONING
A proposed proof-of-work payment network for GPU participation, with
post-quantum transaction signatures and transparent monetary rules.
Distinctiveness is a hypothesis to validate against competing projects.
Do not claim "first", "unique", "most advanced", "quantum proof", guaranteed
ASIC immunity, guaranteed profit or guaranteed appreciation.

AD DRAFT - RESEARCH STAGE
Build the next mining experiment with us. Project Boreal is researching
GPU-favouring proof of work and post-quantum transaction signatures.
Read the draft design and review the experimental NVIDIA scanner.
Research prototype. No live coin. No token sale.

COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT DRAFT
Project Boreal v0.1 is a proposal, a whitepaper and a standalone CUDA mining
baseline. We want reproducible measurements, criticism and independent review.
The final mining algorithm and network have not been built. The proposed
economics combine capped issuance with fee burning; supply declines only when
burns exceed new rewards. Nothing is offered for sale.

CREATIVE DIRECTION
Dark navy, ice white, aurora mint. Technical and restrained. Demonstrate work
with source, test vectors and measured hardware results rather than slogans.

RELEASE SEQUENCE
1. Validate name/ticker/domain; decide launch entity and project budget.
2. Publish specification and reproducible repository after maintainer review.
3. Benchmark CPU, NVIDIA and AMD implementations and ASIC/FPGA economics.
4. Implement node, wallet and pool; run a valueless testnet and attack exercises.
5. Commission independent reviews; disclose scope and unresolved findings.
6. Obtain advice relevant to Canadian issuance, promotion and operations before
a sale or paid financial campaign. No jurisdictional conclusions supplied.
7. Publish signed binaries, source, release hashes and incident process.
8. Start limited developer outreach; track useful participation, not token price.

CHANNELS AND MEASURES
Developer forums, an owned technical blog, mining communities and short demos.
Track reproducible benchmarks, active testnet miners, independent nodes,
repeat contributors, defects resolved and cost per retained contributor.
No accounts created, messages sent, ads purchased or campaign launched.
Budget, advertising account, audience, geography and public launch date remain
undecided. Any future paid campaign needs an actual approved spend limit.

FOUNDER DECISIONS
Keep or replace working brand; set R&D budget; choose any disclosed developer
funding; confirm no-premine proposal; choose first supported GPU/OS targets.
Recommended first hardware target: one RTX 5090, followed by a second NVIDIA
architecture and AMD comparison. NVIDIA-first software need not mean
NVIDIA-exclusive consensus.
